Overview
Our refund and cancellation policy lasts 14days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.
The following products may be canceled within the refund period, but will incur a $5.00USD charge for processing.
- E-Mail address on coghillclan.net
- Subdomain web sites on coghillclan.net
- Web Design and Implementation services
To complete your refund, we require:
- An E-Mail from the E-Mail account on record at the time of purchase. Cancelation and refund requests from any other E-Mail accounts will not be honored.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- E-Mail Address
- Subdomain with web site
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a thirty (30) days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
No exchanges are permitted. Once an E-Mail and/or subdomain has been created, then the names cannot be changed.
Data returns
When your refund is approved and processed, then all data associated with that product will be deleted and not returned to the purchaser.
